The owner of Kingfisher Airlines, Vijaya Malya has planned to use its a-330s and A-340s, to be deployed on international routes. These aircrafts are yet not with him but will join its fleet by this month-end. For this to come into action the discussions with large travel houses are going on. Before this the plan was to use the three A-330s wide-bodied aircraft on domestic routes. The routes are like Bangalore-Delhi. This is not very long in real terms.
But the main hurdle in the process is that while using A-330 on domestic flights would need to park this plan on international terminal side where both the passengers as well the baggage will have to be taken over the long distance between international and digestive side. This is not feasible and would not suit to travellers.
Although the plan seems to be fascinating, the 215 seater aircraft would be cost effective if used for continuously for 10 hour flights like India-Europe. This is the case of 215 seater but the 250 seater aircrafts are also there who can fly non stop for 19.5 hours as per officials on routes like India-US. Apart from this the plans for using these aircrafts for commercial training and charters is also in the process.
Apart from foreign airlines the Kingfisher had also planned to offer its charter services to other carriers also like Air India but only found few interested ones as the former is planning to offer services for few two to three months only.

Modern Technology
What is Technology?
Technology can not be defined in a single word. Technology can be defined as Objects, Activities, Process, and Knowledge and likewise in other ways also. In a broader sense technology can be defined by the process which human beings use and modify as per their requirements. Since beginning human has been using this technology in his lifetime activities. It is this technology mainly which shows how improvement has man made from his past.
Nature of Technology.
Science and Technology are in relation with each other. Technology can be used as per one’s requirement. It involves designing, making also. Technology is often associated with values. These values can be the ethical also for rightness or wrongness of anything. Technology is highly shaped by the society. This is because society is made up of humans and its humans whose choice changes with time. This give rise to new technology. When ever there is a change a technology is formed.
Technology in Modern Society
If we do comparison between the present technology and the old technology that man used to have in his past then we would definitely find many differences. In very older time mainly stones were used as tools but with time the needs of humans has changed and he has gone far away of his stone age. Fridge, Television, Space Satellites, Rockets, etc all are modern form of Technology. They have a very impact on the society. Life has become very comfortable with their use. We are just a switch away from any thing. We can cover a long distance of many kilometers within a no time. So life has become easy we can say
Benefits of Technology
Benefits of technology can be seen from the fact that we are saving our time in everything. We can cook our food fast in Microwave, store surplus and perishable foods in the fridge, get cool air from Air Conditioners, and Cover long distances in Vehicles. With the help of technology we can know well in advance about the metrological news also. We know about our space and outside space with the help of technology only. We can play songs, save our work on devices like, laptops, ipods, computers, etc. We can talk endlessly on mobile phones. So there are many benefits of Technology.
Disadvantages of Technology
Like benefits technology has certain disadvantages also. Like Nuclear fuel technology can be used in power plants for energy generation but same nuclear fuel can be proved dreadful and life threatening when used in the nuclear bombs. Likely the chlorofluorocarbons used in the Air-conditioning and Refrigeration are depleting ozone layer. The increase in the number of cars on the roads is misbalancing the atmosphere by releasing more harmful gases. Deforestation for factories, mines, buildings etc are causing biological imbalance. Similarly there are many ways in which the technology is affecting our lives
Conclusion
From above it is seen that technology has both effects positive and negative. It is up to us how we use this.
